City City: Oslo Country Norway About the University The Faculty of Law in Oslo is the oldest and largest educational and research institution within the field of law in Norway.
The Faculty of Law in Oslo educates about 75% of all new legal candidates in Norway, and is the work- and studyplace for about 400 employees and 4 200 students. We are divided into six Departments/Centres in addition to the Administration. The larger part of the Faculty is situated in the classical University buildings in the centre of Oslo.

Students from the English taught LLB and LLM programme are exempt from this requirement. Important information For incoming exchange students the University of Oslo offers courses on bachelor's and master's level.

An Erasmus+ grant covers part of the travel and accommodation expenses involved in studying abroad. At the moment the Erasmus+ grant has been set at € 330 - € 390 per calendar month, depending on the country of your host university. This may change per academic year.
Your application for an exchange period at one of the Faculty's partner universities also counts as your application for a grant. When you receive notification of a place for study abroad, you will also learn more about the Erasmus grant.
