You would need to provide a proof of your French proficiency: an equivalent to a CEFR level B2 at the moment of application and C1 at the moment of departure.
Please note that there is a limited range of courses taught in English. Even if law students intend to take only law courses offered in English, they will still have to proof a knowledge of French language to assure the smooth exchange period abroad. |

The courses taught in English at the Faculty of Law are within the framework of the certificate in transnational law: https://www.unige.ch/droit/transnational/en/certificat/ Some of the courses available in this programme ar on a Master level and Bachelor students may enroll in them. However, other LLM courses are not open to exchange students.
